An accomplished healthcare/insurance industry auditor and public servant in New York, Jeffrey Plotzker spearheaded audit initiatives for the New York State Department of Health Office of Health Insurance Programs (DOH OHIP) from 2016 to 2018, first as a healthcare program associate and then as a healthcare program specialist. Both of these positions required Jeffrey Plotzker to work in partnership with outside agencies such as KPMG and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid in order to complete audits according to industry regulations and standards.
Before joining the DOH OHIP, Mr. Plotzker served as a pricing and signage associate at Toys “R” Us in Colonie, New York. His areas of career expertise include generally accepted accounting principles and process improvement to effective communication.
Outside of his profession, Mr. Plotzker is an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys working out at the gym and hiking in the wild. He also enjoys playing the guitar.
