Since 2010, Jeffrey Cristina has served as a council member of the City of Campbell, California. He has spoken out on a number of issues including a push to eliminate lot size requirements for accessory dwelling units, a move which he believes would help to address the local housing shortage. Jeffrey Cristina has also advocated for a maintenance of the current minimum wage, arguing that a change could potentially reduce the number of jobs available.

Jeffrey Cristina also serves on a number of local political action committees (PACs) including the Silicon Valley Organization (SVO) PAC, and is a former member of the Gilroy Chamber of Commerce PAC. He is a trustee of the SVO PAC as well as founder of the Business San Jose Chamber PAC, which he recently established.

In addition to his political work, Jeffrey Cristina leads as founding owner of Dry Creek Property Management and Advanced Environmental, also known as Adviro. He also serves as managing partner for Zanker Road Landfill, for which he has worked in a variety of roles since 1999.
