Jeffery Leving’s second book, Father’s Rights: Hard-Hitting and Fair Advice for Every Father Involved in a Custody Dispute, focuses on the unique issues that fathers must often deal with during divorce proceedings.
Jeffery Leving studied at the Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law and maintains licensure to practice in the state of Illinois. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Leving has earned recognition from Forbes Radio as one of the Best Lawyers in America and from the Illinois State Bar Association, which gave him its Recognition and Commendation Award for Meritorious Service to the Public and Legal Community.
