Jeff Weissman

Jeff Weissman earned his juris doctor in 1994 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in Philadelphia. Now a principal in the law firm of Gladstone & Weissman, P.A., Jeff Weissman has been named one the Nation’s Top Attorneys in 2015 by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel (NADC). The selection includes the nation’s top 1 percent of lawyers, who are nominated on the basis of their ability to elevate the legal system and serve as an example to other attorneys.

This elite award from the NADC is only one of numerous accolades received by Jeff Weissman. Among other recognitions, he earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He was selected by The Best Lawyers in America as the 2014 Family Law Lawyer of the Year for the Miami Metropolitan Area, which includes Boca Raton, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami.

Board certified in marital and family law, Jeffrey Weissman focuses his practice on contested family law litigation that includes cases of divorce, paternity, and child custody, as well as enforcement and domestic violence proceedings. Additionally, he writes pre- and post-nuptial agreements for clients. Mr. Weissman also serves as a Supreme Court Certified guardian ad litem and family law mediator.
