A graduate of the University of Akron who holds a bachelor of science in technical education and an associate of applied science in fire protection technology, Jeff Tanski has owned and operated Peachtree City, Georgia’s Veritas Fire Consulting since 2009. As Veritas’ chief executive officer, Jeff Tanski spearheads a range of residential and commercial fire analysis consulting services, including investigations into vehicle and machinery fires. Before establishing Veritas, he served as a fire investigator with multiple organizations in the insurance and forensic engineering sectors.
To augment his professional activities, Jeff Tanski is an active member of multiple industry organizations, including the National Fire Protection Association and the International Association of Arson Investigators. Mr. Tanski remains up-to-date on the latest developments in his chosen field by taking advantage of continuing education events, such as 2018’s Florida Annual Training Conference and OSHA Hazardous Material Refresher. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and motocross.
