Accomplished the compliance with Kakrapar project’s QCD requirements in the procurement of critical equipment (worm drive turning gear) with difficult monopolistic suppliers.
Achieved yearly On-Time-Delivery objective (90%).
Managed the supply of spare parts and resolved critical onsite nonconformities with monopolistic pump suppliers for key Chinese projects. Coordinated and updated the Master Procurement Schedule.
Secured the compliance of warranty periods of equipment with contractual requirements for strategic Chinese projects. Projects at final stage faced numerous installation slippages onsite. Total budget 3300 k€.
Managed the purchasing of Engineering Services for diverse departments (R&D, Process Design, Project Management, Supply Chain). Budget : 4715 kEUR/y.
