Improvement of Supply Chain inbound process :
- Development of IT tools for Key Performance Indicators in SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW)
- Implementation in european plants
- Tracking of OTD (On Time delivery) and Stock level in SAP BW at all levels
Set up Logistic agreements with suppliers to achieve 100% OTD:
- Meetings at european level with all suppliers to review logistic parameters (including EDI set up) and OTD follow up,
- Follow up with purchasing department of results each month,
- Review with each supplier and each commodity buyer : line capacities and overtime production solution to avoid shortage in deliveries and back up,
Wroclaw plant (Poland) : task force after SAP GoLive
- 12 months support of local team to set up logistic parameters in line with logistic agreements with suppliers,
- OTD follow up and benchmark with others plant,
- OTD improvement from 40 to 90% on inbound deliveries
