Clarify root causes of deliveries shortage to customers ; review planning process and negociate overtime production within workshop bottle necks.
Pamplona plant (Spain) : plant closure and production transfer in Wroclaw plant (Poland) and Bursa (Turkey):
Customer relatinship management during relocation,
Prepare transfer scenario with sales department, validate and integrate new sites,
Manage delivery to customers plants based on wharehouse security stocks on 3 external platforms (Tafalla, Pamplona & Bilbao) with security stocks during ramp up in receiving plants
Guadalajara Aftermarket plant (Spain) : plant closure and production transfer in Wroclaw plant (Poland)
Relocation of aftermarket activity in Poland for Europe with Aftermarket division in Karlruhe
