Employee's Engagement tasks such as reviewing projects, analysing ideas, creating new projects and monitoring progress of current projects. Some projects: School Workshops, IPA Program, Human Rights e-learning tool, Share2Engage Platform.
Community Relations' tasks such as country calls with multiple country representatives (at least 3 per month), keeping track and monitoring the progress of projects and activities currently being undertaken, research projects on specific countries and preparing meetings with external stakeholders.
