  • Responsible for the regional programs of the Institutional Strengthening section of the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD) and cross-cutting issues, covering social integration policy and alternative development.

  • Direct cooperation and dialogue with a wide variety of public, private and civil society stakeholders, in all international, regional, sub-regional, national, local and community levels; among them, some of the UN system agencies (UNDP, ECLAC, PAHO, ILO, UNODC, WB).
