I'm an ambitious person who hopes to achieve much with his life. Working cooperatively with and for people has sustained a sense of fun and curiosity throughout my career. Bringing a sense of levity and humor to the workplace, or anyplace, is certainly an opportunity I'll take. That said, I maintain a strong focus on the goals and challenges at hand.
You're only as smart as the questions you ask and so I ask many questions through reading on various subjects. Non-fiction is my home. Typically reading about: history, psychology, leadership, music and philosophy.
I started to learn how to cook mostly to impress my wife, then girlfriend. It worked! But I also got hooked and fell down the rabbit hole of pan sauces, knife skills and the search for the perfect sear.
I've always had an interest in great leaders, generals and their stratagems and philosophies. This has culminated to an interest in the 'battlefield' of the chess board.
I'm a self taught guitar player who cannot go one day without playing. Writing melodies, learning songs or just playing with another musician, is big time fun in my book.
