About Me
Jason Safir is an interactive new media and performance artist, whose work has been featured on diverse platforms such as the web, television, and cinema. For over a decade he has been developing user interfaces for websites and physical computing platforms, videos and visual designs for major brands that have attracted a wide audiences from around the world including MTV, TRIBE media, College Media Network and established filmmakers and television producers. His interactive design has helped achieve critical exposure on television, online and print news publications, and acclaim in national and international festivals.

Jason was educated in New York and Montreal and has degrees in interactive media and design. He holds a masters degree in interactive media from the Interactive Telecommunications Program at NYU Tisch School of the Arts and a BFA in Computation Arts from Concordia University.

  • Established a strong judicial aesthetic and branding model and produced event videos for the New York Center for Juvenile Justice (NYCJJ), whose mission is to spearhead an effort to transform the way children under 18 years of age are judged and treated in New York courts. The Center was established by Judge Michael A. Corriero, who was a judge for twenty-eight years in the Criminal Courts of the State of New York.
