Working in one of the best restaurants of the country, I have had the opportunity to learn a lot from my fellow collegues and bosses about the operation of a successful restaurant in the countryside. I have also expanded my knowledge in many areas, including: wines, situational assimilation, gastronomy and team-work. I have also been able to offer a lot to the restaurant due to my international experiences, problem solving and great communication skills.
During this period I have regularly been helping in our family business in Hungary, consisting of a hotel, a wellness spa and a restaurant. I have worked in several positions in the business (waitress, F&B manager, receptionist, marketing assistant). I learned the bases of the quality- and guest-oriented hospitality, to take resposibility and how to operate a smaller business.
Thanks to the trainings I got an insight into the operation of the whole system and learned how to work in a high level business-oriented hotel and how to handle the guests of a luxury hotel; furthermore improved my problem-solving skills.
