Oversee the execution of all account-specific programs for Pfizer worldwide safety regulatory translations.
Responsible for the implementation of account-specific programs (workflows, technology, project management, vendors) to achieve set targets for profitability, client satisfaction, on time delivery, and first pass yield (“right first time” delivery).
Provide day-to-day client support at account management level, with a focus on service, account performance, and quality.
Build and manage the four Pfizer account regional (Latin America, Asia, Europe, Middle East + Africa regions) translation project management teams and serve as the main point of escalation for account related issues.
Monitor performance against targets, and ensures appropriate real-time interventions required to achieve targets.
Oversee quality management, create and present client facing CAPA reports as well as other ad-hoc reports, in close partnership with the Quality Assurance Specialist, the Quality Systems Manager, and the Senior Director of Production.
