Build a new translation coordination team to support Pfizer's European Regulatory (EMA member states) translation needs.
Lead, support, and grow two teams located in the LUZ Lausanne office, providing high-quality translation support to Pfizer for the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.
Scale up the production output of the teams to meet the consistent increase in volume of translation requests from Pfizer, while continuing to provide high quality on-time deliverables.
Identify and grow the account’s potential based on predefined objectives, while refining production workflows and processes.
Support quality assurance for Pfizer (investigate client feedback and facilitate the internal feedback loop).
Provide support to the Pfizer Business Unit Director, and participate in on-site Business Review Meetings.
