    • Act as the part time Scrum master (TDD & XP) for 5 years (Java Design and Development team).
    • Lead Network Change Control for BT's Remote Access Service and MPLS network worldwide.
    • Design and code an automatic audit and inventory system for BT's remote access service based on Perl, Mysql and Apache.
    • Create the after sale service for France, repairing transportable and car phones.
    • Write the quality process for the after sales service and had it certified ISO 9002.
    • Create the Test Equipment repair and calibration centre for the Air Corps airborne radio and ground navigation workshops.
