*Preparation for an Internal Quality-Audit
*Direct involvement in the audit itself - Strategy and Risk Management
*Formulation of the partial strategy for our division based on the Strategy 2020 of the whole Austrian Red Cross
*Analyzing the potential risks of our division and building a Risk-Matrix out of them - Human Ressource Management
*Conceptualization of a KPI-based incentive program for the delivery drivers - Inventory taking
*For our scheduled inventory I supported the inventory-supervisor with various administrative tasks
