I am strong, independent but seeking adventure and a challenge.

Currently I work for David Copperfield as a Executive Assistant. I have a legal background as an assistant which has taught me an attention to detail. I also have a background in the service industry. This has prepared me for the challenges with coordinating and managing events involving a variety of people in all walks of life. I believe that my interpersonal skills are one of my greatest assets in communicating effectively to others. .

My personal objectives in life are to contribute to this world in a positive way. To explore the good in people. Extinguish laziness and to motivate others to do the same.

  • Research and compare cost for ordering supplies and services within budget.
  • Assist with the management of travel details, hotel bookings, rooming lists, RFP’s and vendor reconciliations.
  • Track and organize vendor invoices and budget items.
  • Assist with the management of the crew and staff schedule.
  • Oversee and manage all staff and volunteers on site at events.
  • Research and site potential event locations.
  • Manage event and CEO’s calendars.
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure event operations are executed correctly.
  • Liaise with operation teams at host venue including technical, AV, catering and rooming departments. Manage MEOs and BEOs.
  • Capture and compile notes and action items, maintain spreadsheets, task management software and confidential records.
  • Create event & travel detail sheets for each trip.
  • Assist in managing travel details, including hotel, flight and rental car bookings for Owner and CEO.
