Jack Mortellaro

After studying liberal arts at Dean College in Franklin, Massachusetts, Jack Mortellaro Jr. began completing art department work on major films as a member of New York City’s Local 52 Motion Picture Studio Mechanics. He continues to serve as an art department leadman on a number of films and television series including The Big Sick, Ben is back, alternatino and Evil Over the course of his art department and special effects career, Jack Mortellaro has contributed to lots of different entertainment industry projects.

While working on these projects, Jack Mortellaro Jr. returned to the academic environment to undertake training at the Farmingdale Landscape Architecture School in Farmingdale, New York. He has also completed Board of Cooperative Educational Services courses in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, electrical services, HVAC services, and blueprint reading.

Since 2014, Mr. Mortellaro has owned and operated the East Meadow, New York-based Diamond Condition Properties. This position involves the purchase, sale, and extensive renovation of a range of residential properties.
