An accomplished Alabama administrator and investment professional, J. William "Billy" McFarland, Jr., has served a range of management positions in both the public and private sectors throughout his career. These include tenures as a community development planner with the West Alabama Regional Commission and a special assistant to the president of the University of West Alabama.
