Currently working in Global and one of the biggest Chemical Company as Process Safety and EHS Manager Regional Asia Pacific for Dispersion, Resin and Additives Business Unit.
Previously, worked as Process Safety Engineer (Eng 2) with Tripatra Engineering for Oil and Gas Clients such as ConocoPhilips, Pertamina, BP, Chevron, Santos etc.
In Norway, working as Technical Safety Engineer with Aibel AS - Haugesund/Stvanger. Enroll in preliminary engineering study on Safety Design (Feed, Offshore verification, Change flag and Reporting) to IFD (issued for design) until installation. Last Project for onshore plant (Kårstø and Snøhvit) as a DRE (Discipline Responsible Engineer). I was also be part of offshore project as well in Gullfaks B modification specific job in Fire and Gas detectors with SIL Assessment. Client is Statoil or Equinor.
Lastly, I was working in various position as HSE Engineer, Assistant HSE Analyst or Safety Officer in several companies.
Double degree of Master degree in Risk Engineering (specific qualification in Risk Engineering that concentrate in Reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) analysis and structural and safety process.) at ICSI, INSA Toulouse and Master’s degree in Management of Industrial Risks and Environment from Poitiers University.

- Management responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage Global Responsible Care Audit for 5 Plants.
- Supervise and help Site EHS Managers/Head for EHS Aspects in particular for SHE Review/HAZOP
projects.
- Cooperate with Regional (Shanghai/Mumbai) and Global Team (German) for specific topic related
Responsible Care Management System.
- Establish and Coordinate Regional reporting related with EHS management system (A-EDA My Safe
ways; Accident-Incident Investigation meeting; Operational Application of BASF Standards; Sharing best
practice including Greater China, Japan and Global.
- Coordinate with Process Engineer for reviewing the application of PSM (MOC, SHE reviews, HAZOP,
PSSR and close actions) in compliance with BASF Standards or International Standards.
- Prepare and manage Global Responsible Care Audit for 5 Plants.
- Manage Process Safety Management such as MOC Coordinator, SHE Review (Tier1-4), diagram review and
PSSR including commissioning test of new projects..
- Prepare the HAZID/HIRA, HAZOP and SIL Review related to new projects.
- Trainer for Process Safety scope of work (global requirement and local regulation) to sites
- Responsible for PSI (process safety information) and KPI related with Process Safety.
- Prepare the Fire Protection Philosophy and Process Safety Engineering calculation (PSV calculation, Bund wall
design, BASF Safety Concept Review etc.).
- Responsible for 4 BASF plants related to Process Safety, Maintenance and new technological Project.
- Manage Mechanical and Electrical Integrity of Equipment i.e. Preventive Maintenance, Risk Based Inspection,
Electrical and Automation inspection review comply with BASF Standards.
Application of NFPA 70B, ANSI B11.20; BASF Standard (PM/PdM) Preventive Maintenance/Predictive
Maintenance with regulation compliance.
- Review and establish Fire Protection Engineering Calculation (Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment, Major
Accident Event Escape Route Assessment, FW Demand, FW Hydraulic, Fire Equipment List and update the
SOP for operation).
- SHE Reviews leader for new projects (max Capex around 2.1 million euro) such as expansion project – new
line, additional raw material storage tank, change SIS program etc.
- PSV Calculation for Polyreactor, Monomer Tanks and Conditional Vessel in cooperate with BASF Engineering
Service Center.
- Prepare the HAZID/HIRA, HAZOP and SIL Review related to new projects.
- Environmental Protection responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Environmental Site Assessment Phase II (incorporate with 3rd party).
- Manage Environmental Waste Management such as Waste Water Treatment Philosophy, Water Risk
Assessment and review BFD for Waste Water Protection Concept.
- Provide Training related with Environmental Protection (EP) Scope of work (global requirement and local
regulation).
- Prepare/update guidance/manual and procedure related with environmental issues.
- Involve in Audit ISO 14001 and evaluate the Environmental Risk Assessment related to Local Regulation.
- Responsible Care Database National Coordinator (RCDB) for BASF Indonesia Site.
- Fire Protection Concept Review.
- Develop and manage Environmental Site Assessment Phase II (incorporate with 3rd party).
