Detailed Description
The aim of this project is the implementation of a production and assembly workshop of bodywork kits for trucks in Colombia. We seek to introduce a new model for semitrailer bodywork in Colombian market and distancing local standard product.
Due to the initial restriction, that limits the movement of certain machines, laser cutting or press, we choose to make part of the product in Spain and send it to Colombia. In Bogota we subcontract part of the activities of the process in local workshops and the final product will be completed on our industrial building in Bogota. This industrial building has been planned for this function by setting useful storage, assembly and painting areas.
The economic assumption proposed into the report ensures quick recovery of the initial investment, specifically placed in 217 sold bodywork, admissible thing for both market demand and the productive capacity of the company.
