Planning and implementing overall marketing strategy for the company (short- and long-term), taking into consideration food industry trends and current position of the company
Improving and maintaining brand image and its consistency throughout company
Analysing product portfolio of the company with the aim to identify most and least successful products so that appropriate changes could be made (withdrawal, investment, new product introduction)
Improving and maintaining communication between the company and its clients through feedback forms, newsletters, online social networking, replying to reviews in online directories, dealing with complaints and special requests
Planning and organising promotional activities such as product sampling, customer appreciation events, charity fundraising campaigns, discounted vouchers distribution, mobile marketing
Development of promotional materials, working closely with printing companies and the relevant media
Planning and implementing digital marketing strategy (SEO, listings in online directories,managing Facebook and Twitter accounts, PPC campaigns, functional and visual website improvement)
