Manage reserve process, make decisions and acceptance.
Manage to resource for all potential and existing projects.
Manage tools, data, and reporting pertaining to resource management of the company staff, including capability, availability and utilization data.
Run weekly resource meetings with PMs and stakeholders.
Assure utilization of employees in reserve.
Review, make recommendations and improve operational procedures.
Work directly with Recruitment, HR and Engagement teams.
Participate in staffing strategy development for specific projects and positions in multiple(different) locations.
Introduce the staff available in the reserve for open vacancies, providing extensive information about the candidate, timely respond to changes in staffing needs.
Consult and support company management to ensure the best quality of collaboration with staffing.
Facilitate salary Review Process for Engineers.
Advise and support the management of the company to ensure the best quality cooperation with staff.
Make decisions about hiring and write job offers together with PMs.
