I had a wide variety of responsibilities, including hiring of new employees, dealing with labor disputes, training new employees, compensation and benefits programs.

The proactive approach on my behalf in the recruitment process led to the creation of the local centralized database that now stores information on candidates from all recruiters in the company. This addition allowed the company to synchronize the data and save time on future interview scheduling, also promoted knowledge sharing.

Conflict management, for example my personal communication skills and charisma helped to resolve some conflicts between the engineers and the project management which saved and improved relationships among the team members. As a result the company was able to improve its reputation and the revenue by keeping key engineers working on the project.
