Participate in launching, testing and auditing programs/projects/applications with global impact;
Identify possible improvement areas and proposing/developing solutions and projects;
Contribute to the standardization of the procedures used for the tasks performed across Amazon nodes;
Handle large amounts of erroneous data, investigate, find the root cause and make the necessary corrections using multiple internal tools;
Responsible for establishing the work allocation within the team and create weekly reports for the work received and work performed;
Create audit checklists and conduct the audit of the processes performed within the team, create monthly reports of the errors identified and the results obtained by each employee; collaborate with the process owners in order to improve the procedures and ensure best practice sharing between teams;
Keep the team updated with any changes that might appear and set up organizational meetings/trainings
