Subject: Dealing with ambiguity are difficult for businesses since they prefer accurate measurements and detailed plans. For the arts ambiguity gives possibilities, it represent freedom of changing perceptions and forms. The thesis considerate how businesses can deal with this ambiguity by implement the arts. The fundamental assumption in the field is that not only does art make the company more productive, but it also shape the company to be more resilient, intuitive and sustainable.
