Cluj School of Public Health (SPH) is the first undergraduate program in Public Health available for students in Romania. Established within the College of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences, Babeș-Bolyai University, SPH is the only Public Health program taught in English in the entire Central and Eastern Europe.
