Working as an analyst in VR Transpoint Rail Logistics. I conducted an independent study of the reports and processes for VR Transpoint Rail Logistics' shunting masters. For data gathering I did in-depth evaluation and interviews in all 10 different shunting masters locations in Finland. With this data I analysed, mapped and compared the reports and processes. Then I presented an action plan to standardise reports and processes to reduce manual work.
