  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate Maskan company staff.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Provide on -the job- training to new sales employees.
  • Submit the daily report for prospective clients. And keep a continuous follow up plan for those who looks serious to purchase homes
  • Keeping integrated data for all the current and potential clients.
  • Follow up with the client by submitting the necessary documents to Bank for loan process.
  • Receiving a complaint from our clients and forward it to maintenance team for take necessary action.
  • Coordinate with back office for updating payments, in accordance with the Financial regulations of the company.
  • Updating records regularly on the completion of transferring title deed and final delivery of the unit to the owner.
  • Participate in marketing events such as real estate expo`s seminars and telemarketing events.
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Participate all the promotion activities from big stores such as Jarir Bookstore, EXTRA, IKEA, Home Center,... etc.
  • Supervisor of a sales team to provide a retail service to SABB customers in mentioned stores:

    • Manage the daily activities of In-store Staff.
    • Developing the In-Store Staff.
    • Make a daily sales report.
    • Evaluate In-Store Staff on monthly bases.
    • Monitoring the quality of the required
    documents.
    • Follow up with stores management and
    SABB to solve the customers complains.
  • Check all transactions & make a daily report.
  • Correct all wrong data by using
    Administrator System.
  • Open a New Accounts for a new
    Customers.
  • Check with All Branches' Managers about:
    wrong data, quality of the required
    documents, missing documents ... etc, so
    as to take necessary action for updating
    system.
