Training period for 5 months at UTP in Poland. Working on design, testing, drawings 2D/3D, preparing samples for cutting.
I designed elastic damper like air valve and i made mold for it also this damper has a two tube for controlling pressure so i made mold for it. Also i designed pneumatic walve membran, old one has a damaged thats why companies need new and strong one. Firstly i tested materials with tensile testing device after i designed pneumatic walve membran and i made accordingly mold.

1-) B500SP Steel with various diameters
Samples are places into appropriate pulling test machine and required numbers are typed in. Frequence numbers are set in accordance to diameters of samples and it is left for test. Entirity of the test lasts about 24 hours, depending on the durability of product samples.

2-) Rubber Valve
In our University’s R&D activities, desing and planning of Rubber Valve project were completely carried out by us. As previous test, requireds samples are taken into the pulling test machine. In result, with the aid of graphics in excel, the thickness of rubber valve has been determined.

3-) Durability test of samples taken from an old bridge ın Warsaw
Samples taken from the bridge in the capital of Poland, Warsaw, are converted into digital drawings and prepared for cutting by CNC machine. There was no detailed information about the durability of bridge and it has been build 70 years before. So, 12 instances of each sample are put to test. After pressure and pulling tests, results are noted. Results showed that bridge was solid.

4-) High-Quality Composite Construction Steel Durability Test
A company producing high-quality construction steel has sent samples of their product to test their durability for getting certificate of standards. According to test results, durability of high-quality composite steel checks but flexibility is significantly less. Cracks occur swiftly due to deformation of plastic in the substance.

5-) Hardness Test of some parts from a Tractor
After removing the painting on Tractor parts, each part was put to hardness test. Samples are places no a solid ground and then with the device shown in the picture, their hardness were tested. As measurement method, Brinell Hardness Measurement method was followed.

6-) Hot pressing and pulling test
Parts that require to work under hot environment are heated to very hot degrees(700°C). Field of use of the part determines the type of test whether it is pressure test or pulling test. Samples are to work under pressure, so they are put to the pressure test. During the test, we put constant pressure on the sample to the point it reaches the maximum heat of 700°C and waited a bit longer. After it cools down to room temperature, we measured how much it squeezed. Recycling the same procedure for 3 times, numbers are taken into consideration and approximate digits are reported.

7-) Windshield Durability Test
Samples received from various companies were put to buth pressure and pulling test. Initial procedure is for measuring the durability but the second part of the test is to investigate the connection inbetween the windshield and the frame. Test results showed that samples were not appropriate for use.
