Develop and execute an overall strategic marketing plan (wholesale and retail) including print, media, online and promotional opportunities.
Instigate and manage Horeca and Retail Marketing activities planning and Schedules in conjunction with Marketing Admin under the guidance of the line Managers
Negotiate and manage A&P budgets in conjunction with Marketing Admin
Co-ordinate marketing expenditures in accordance to agreed A&P contributions in conjunction with Marketing Admin
Manage retail and wholesale databases with the marketing admin
Liaise marketing activities with other Annam activities (food etc) when and as required
Liaison to all sales and marketing teams nationally through regularly scheduled meetings to manage all key projects and campaigns to ensure execution with excellence of all marketing activities – product, promotions, tastings, training, dinners and all related wine events, etc
Submit weekly to the line managers training activities for in/house guest , team and/or clients(retail and wholesale)
RELATIONSHIPS
Reports directly to and communicate with the Senior Business Development Manager as well asnational marketing Manager on all pertinent matters in relation to marketing activities, promotionprograms, and market proposals, but not limited too.
Performs cross function activities by collaborating and communicating with all business unitmanagers including Finance, Wholesale/Retail and Logistics departments, but not limited too.
Interacts and liaises with existing and new customers as when so required.Builds a reputable, reliable and response oriented marketing operation.
Representing the Warehouse when so required to our business partners, corporate customers,organizations and other external sources.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct assessments of the products and market and competitive activity and recommendstrategy for the marketing plan/promotion plan and project schedule processProvide input in establishing the strategic vision and manage the organization to realize the 3years plan through annual marketing planning and the company’s overall

Tracking and develop brand activity based on A&P budget.

Report Marketing activities on designated products and brand
Collaborate with sales team and retail team on marketing campaigns.
Analyze current marketing budget and reallocate resources in the most effective manner.
Develop and distribute collateral marketing materials including POS, brochures, ads and messaging.
Develop and oversee online marketing efforts, websites and new media marketing including email campaigns and social media.
Serve as one of the “public faces” of The Warehouse, as a spokesperson for PR related activities.
Create and manage a master calendar of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Research, develop, and implement strategic marketing and communications plans to support sales and revenue objectives for all products on-time and on-budget
Prepare and deliver reports on the status of all marketing programs and initiatives to senior management
Analyze market trends to determine feasibility and profitability of new or existing offerings and make recommendations based on findings
Monitor, evaluate, and report on competitor activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered
Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives
Maximize brand value through the development of additional revenue streams and new opportunities
Ensure all products and services conform to brand identity through ongoing brand management
Collaborate with sales, production, and operations personnel to help prepare sales forecasts
Collaborate with Sales Representatives to identify customer needs
Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities
Assess the financial returns for special campaigns and promotions
Maintain awareness of industry events, evaluate and execute participation
Manage company website and social networks including content calendars and reporting
Establish and maintain relationships with key media members to develop PR opportunities

OTHERS
Training management: to organise retail sales & wine knowledge training (3 levels) for all team weekly and a monthly test on knowledge for all shop seller & horeca sales team. Training for customers on different level (beginner, medium, advance) tasting organization/activities and management for both retail and wholesale customers.
Merchandising: Planning with shop manager the Retail display and set up in all shop (plannogram for each shop, promotion / special offer set up during activities, merchandising, ...) in coordinate to the planning training for shop sellers and horeca sales on activities.
Event coordinator: (working closely with the admin team) in charge of the display, set up, follow up of the calendar and schedules of events with marketing dept. in both retail and wholesale activities (visit supplier, promotion in shop, wine tasting, wine event, vinoteca,...)
Sales development: will develop monthly new account creation
