Responsibilities include supplier and customer relationship management, multi brand/product development and market research/development. Implementation of business plan and bespoke sales strategies across Viet Nam utilizing local teams.
Directing customer and staff training initiatives to promote sustainable business growth ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
Responsible for the development of all sales activities in the North of Viet Nam. Manage and provide leadership for regional sales teams ensuring the achievement of maximum profitability and growth targets in line with company vision and values.
Establish a solid business plan and strategy to widen the customer base in specific marketing areas and oversee the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.
Monitor inventory depletion, forecast sales and build respective orders to ensure supply chain continuity to account executives and customers.
Produce monthly sales data/reports for review by senior management and present at regular monthly reviews.
Play an active role in supporting other department heads to ensure strong internal communication and promoting a harmonious working environment.
Develop and open new accounts regularly.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide close support and advice about the company portfolio of products.
Monitor customer sales and ensure against out of stock situations.
Work closely with customers to organise events which help promote the company products and the customers business.
