- NPI Test Readiness for test programs & fixture deployment in local factory.
- Manage and drive validation with CM and fixture vendor support.
- Manage OEM/CM for test issue resolution, failure analysis, test execution and provide on-site technical support as primary local engineering interface.
- Interaction timely and communicate with internal and external team for test status.
- Co-work with fixture vendor starting from new fixture design/fabrication to production test fixture delivery in factory, and timely feedback them for test issue and push the problem be fixed quickly.
- Assist and provide technical guidance to CM TEs for debug and troubleshooting PCBA and Test equipment
- Do 2nd level troubleshoot with related test failures reported in factory, collect data from CM to ask for 3rd Support Level for quick solution.
- Assure that CM follows test execution compliance and Lenovo’s guidelines and quality.
- Auditing CM keeps the test fixtures in good condition.
- Constant communication with ECAT test developers to give feedback for test improved and/or report bugs
