- As the president of my committee my role is to steer and lead my Executive Board in a way that ensure that they are having a great experience so that they can deliver a good experience for their members, and to also in a way that ensure that we are align with our objectives and plans.The LCP role has taken my Team Management to an other level as i was challenged to first build my team and to in store the culture and the attitude that i want to implement in the LC , and then to make sure that we are aligned with our objectives all along the term.
