As the president of my committee my role is to steer and lead my Executive Board in a way that ensure that they are having a great experience so that they can deliver a good experience for their members, and to also in a way that ensure that we are align with our objectives and plans.The LCP role has taken my Team Management to an other level as i was challenged to first build my team and to in store the culture and the attitude that i want to implement in the LC , and then to make sure that we are aligned with our objectives all along the term.
As Vice President Talent Management, i was in charge of making sure that all my Local Committee are having a great learning experience during their AIESEC experience.I ensured that by having a clear development plan for every member and to ensure that his personal goals are aligned with the Organization goals.I had the responsibility to plan and execute my committee recruitment and to ensure that we are going to have the right people so that we can reach our goals, and then induct the new members to the AIESEC culture and the values.During my term i had to the chance have more facilitating opportunities and people and team management and to better understand of people's behavior and how it impacts our committee performance.
