Hilliary Barbour has recently relocated to the Atlanta area in early 2022, after living in Los Angeles for over 20 years. A native Midwesterner, Hilliary has lived throughout the United States, as well as abroad in London, Paris, Geneva and Mexico City, Mexico.

Hilliary has an in-depth knowledge of real estate, as her family has been involved in residential and commercial property development for several generations in the United States, France and Switzerland. Hilliary pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of California Los Angeles and has over 10 years of experience as a private residential real estate investor.

Transitioning from investments to sales was a natural evolution for Hilliary. She's been both the buyer and the seller on many transactions, including a multi-million dollar turnkey development. She is able to leverage her knowledge and experience, including home staging and construction to the advantage of her clients.

Hilliary's pragmatic approach ensures her clients are guided through transparent real estate transactions from the first point of contact through post-closing procedures. Hilliary is focused on her clients' best interests while navigating complex contract negotiations.
