Daily QHSE management of the plant; Develop, manage and administer all activities that facilitate implementation of effective QHSE programs in the plant and that assure compliance with regulatory requirements & help eliminate or reduce the occurrence of unwanted/ undesired events.
Ensure water good quality and compliance with Omani Standard for potable water and to others specifics World Health Organization requirements; Lead, develop and maintain an ISO / IEC 17025 Laboratory Management System.
Liaising with client (Government) and external bodies on QHSE matters as required and continuously Improve relationship.

Provide adequate guidance to O&M Staff to carry out their duties as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Developed proactive training programs, which educated, coached, motivated and counselled staff to ensure performance goals are achieved.
Initiation of new or improved practices, processes and procedures.
Review and analyze data from audits, accident investigations, near misses, and customer complaints to identify adverse trends and implement corrective and preventive action.
Ensure effective control and monitoring of Subcontractors / Suppliers
Ensure lessons learnt and best practices are formalized in the IMS and Provide management team with feedback.
Attent montlhy meeting with client and Top management Investigate and resolved service issues through QHSE Problem solving and analysis methodologies
Ensure understanding and application of responsibilities with regard to the Company's QHSE Standards
Management systems certification against international standards
