  • Display hands-on leadership in directing the overall quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives across all Business units in the Middle East and Asia.
  • Provide guidance and pro-active QHSE support to all projects in all area to ensure successful Project Delivery and to meet client, corporate and regulatory requirements, while minimizing the risk of potential adverse QHSE events.
  • Improve the overall QHSE culture and ensure development of quality / HSE tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Accountable for the performance of the QA-QC/HSE team on the QHSE Management system’s implementation throughout the projects.
  • Interfacing directly with a wide range of private / public customers toward all matters related to QHSE

  • Manage and ensure QHSE ISO Certification implementation and compliance- successful ISO 2015 transition Develop training programs to increase proficiency in QHSE practices and promote QHSE behaviour and leadership.
  • Partners with leaders and employees to continuously improve the QHSE culture, awareness and accountability.
  • Serve as the QHSE expert when called upon to address regulatory, agency compliance issues, third party safety & liability consultants and subcontractor representatives.
  • Ensure effective measurement, collection and reporting of QHSE leading and lagging indicators; Analyse and trend for continuous improvement and organisational performance
  • Report and advise Management on all applicable QHSE matters / legislation &compliance monitoring.
  • Ensure risks associated with operations,business opportunities & contractual obligations are assesed and addressed
  • Develop & monitor audit program , review findings and verify corrective and improvement action’s implementation
  • Develop and drive structured problem solving; Lead or participate in investigations of major quality failures and HSE incidents, follow up and verify that corrective actions are effective.
  • Assist the regional and local sales team for any business tender related to QHSE
  • Develop customer intimacy to establish and maintain effective trusting business relationships at all levels.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, ensure customer requirements, and assure effectiveness of feedback/lessons learned and Corrective/Preventive Action systems.
