Manage a team of 6 accountants in daily accounting and finance functions to ensure company’s financial / accounts are regularly updated and maintain on applicable ERP system .
Present a detailed cost analysis for budgetary control and cost optimization purposes.
Produce monthly and quarterly full set of financial statements to be presented to the senior finance manager with actual Vs. Budget analysis.
Manage company’s treasury function and cash flow to maintain sound financial positions. And develop cash flow forecast to ascertain working capital requirements or any other funding requirement.
Prepare monthly statement of profit and loss per project.
Liaise with Statutory / Internal auditors to explain business process and answer queries to ensure that audit observations are properly addressed and make sure audited financial statements are prepared and duly approved as per IFRS and / or Egypt Accounting standards.
Orchestrate and combine Various annual business plan contributions from several departments based on multiple assumptions.
Maintain relationships with banks and financial stakeholders to ensure that the funding requirements of the company are met.
Preparation and presentation of Board material / presentation to be presented to Board of Directors.
Maintains Company asset register and liaises with insurance to ensure that assets are properly insured.
