- Tuning a wide domain of parameters including Power Control, Cell Admission Control, IntraFreq/IRAT HO, Load Control (LDR), Directed Retry (DRD) and idle mode parameters for network improvement
- Troubleshooting and optimizing parameters in order to improve the KPIs ,reducing congestion and drops; improving IRAT, SOFT HO, Paging, CSSR, RRC Connection and RAB Establishment Success for voice, packet and high speed
- Performing consistency check to ensure that parameters that were set in the network was aligned with the agreed baseline
