The responsible: welcome guest, check-in, check-out, give information about products and service for the guest, solve problems immediately. Make sale or upsell products and services in the hotel. Meet the needs and carry out the survey to improve service quality. Done job correctly, efficiently, and on time. Smiling, friendly and proactive.
The experience at university has improved my ability to communicate effectively with everybody. It also taught me the importance of listening, supporting and respecting the others.
