Currently Chief Petty Officer (OR-7) in the French Navy since 10 years as radar systems team leader. I started my carrer in June 2009, during which I had the opportunity to participate in many aero maritime operations. These allowed me to manage stressful situations while managing an operator team. I owe some of this good management thanks to a commando training course at the beginning of my carrer.
Holding a bachelor in electronic and digital systems, I mainly got during my military career an aircraft tactical controller certificate and a graduate diploma of radar specialist.
Dynamic and curious, I like managing a team and the human touch, I demonstrate it every day by occupying the important positions of aircraft tactical controller and radar system manager onboard an Amphibious Helicopter carrier (LHD).
