Detailed Description
  • ACHIEVEMENTS:
    1. Developed and approved of the Gears Layout for the entire relocation due to expansion in 2008:154 machines relocated and 45 machines received and located according to layout.
    1. Developed and approved of the 2nd. Gears Layout for the relocation of the Pinion and Helical Gears Area, after receiving machines from US in 2010: 55 machines relocated and around 15 new machines located according to Layout.
    1. Developed and improved of change over time at Lapper Machines applying SMED.
    1. Implemented 6 different projects in Industrial Engineering department: Boss Project, 8.6 Z, 7.6 Z, 4.9 new model, 6.5 new model according to timing.
    1. Case New Holland Project start up, installation of machines and Lift assist analysis.
