*Focused on compliance with all safety regulations and adhering to OSHA safety guidelines *Responsible for following the rules of conduct and all rules and regulations of the company. *Responsible for proper Polymer Product Evaluation based on Standard Quality Test/Evaluation Procedures of assigned tasks. *Responsible For Developing Lab working procedures and Test Methods For plants PP , LDPE ,LLDPE , HDPE , PMMA , TPO , N6 , EPR . *Performs product Quality Tests such as: Volatile Matter, Physical analysis and MFR, Density, Ash Content, Bulk Density, Contamination, Viscosity, Cold Xylene Soluble, YI (Whiteness index), Irregular-shaped, GC (Gas chromatography), HPLC (High Pressure Liquid Chromatography), SR (Swell ratio), x-ray, , DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry) and any other form of tests that maybe required as per specification /Grade of polymer product. *Performs product Chemical test such as Water Content , Acetic Acid Concentration , Amino End Groups, Color Number (APHA) of Acetic Acid, Alkalinity or Acidity of Caprolactam , Transparency of Aqueous Caprolactam Solutions , pH-Value , TiO2-Water Suspension for Filterability, Caprolactam and Oligomers in Extraction Water, Extractable Content, Monomer Content . *Responsible Operation and minor troubleshooting for Blown Film Extruder LLPE and LDPE and .HDPE *Responsible for Operation and minor troubleshooting Cast Film PP, PMMA. *Responsible for Operation and minor troubleshooting Injection Molding Machines and making necessary adjustments. Evaluate validity of data, apply basic statistics, interpret results, and take appropriate action. *Input all the analysis value in the LIMS program. *Do any other tasks assigned by immediate Section Head.
