Operating plastic blow molding machines: *Observe all safety and environmental procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. *Responsible for operating plastic blow molding machines and making necessary adjustments to ensure production of caps bottle is made in a safe, efficient and high quality manner. *Prepare machines for production. *Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles. *Monitor empty bottle weights and makes adjustments accordingly. *Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production. *Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required PPE in designated areas. Operating plastics injection machines: *Observe all safety and environmental procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. *Responsible for operating Plastic Injection Molding Machines and making necessary adjustments to ensure production is made in a safe, efficient and high quality manner. *Make necessary adjustments and monitor injection molding machines to produce quality components. *Adjusted machine controls to regulate molding temperature, volume of plastic and molding pressure and time *Maintain documentation on machine quality out-put. *Inspect plastic parts and work pieces using inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, plug gauges.
