A Staten Island entrepreneur with diverse business interests, Hassam Khan holds a bachelor of business administration in accounting from Baruch College. As director of a transit retail business with locations in New York and New Jersey, Hassam Khan of Staten Island is responsible for completing feasibility reports and business models, in addition to submitting proposal requests for vacancies in busy transit terminals.
He also serves as a property director, in which role he vets prospective tenants and collects rent for various properties in New York and New Jersey. This requires extensive knowledge of real estate insurance requirements, as well as close communication with accountants, lawyers, and architects. To stay informed of industry trends, he attends trade shows related to his interests.
