Responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding and integration of new partners on FutureSkills platforms- B2B/ B2A and PRIME.
Relationship management & account management with the 12+ content partners.
End to end ownership of skilling products being offered by FutureSkills partners on Emerging tech/ Professional Skills. This requires product knowledge in terms of curriculum, learner experience, learning outcomes etc.
SPOC for coordinating any business and/or technical problems identified.
Managing government accounts (CDAC) to reduce the TAT of the services offered to them through FutureSkills Prime.
