Headcount and FTE tracking and reporting, budget management
Management of the HR cycle for Talent and performance, calibration, succession planning review that supports business goals in Switzerland as well as for the Global teams based abroad.
Management & coaching of Employee Life Cycle Team (approx. 10 people, part of Employee Services shared service). Follow-up on projects with each team member
Member of the project for creation of a Shared Center for HR administration in Switzerland; integration of new businesses such as Nestlé Suisse HQ, Nestlé Suisse Factories and various Nestlé International entities
Close partnership with our external providers to deliver quality services to the Swiss based team and improved processes
Working on HR Standardisation and simplification Projects as Project Leader: implementation of Work certificate and Attestation automation with an external provider; integration of new Businesses in Employee Services Shared Center; alignment process of Nestlé Entities; integration of Nestlé Suisse Factories for Employee Life Cycle Activities in Employee Services; creation of new processes when needed.
HR Support for the Nestlé GLOBE entity (IT Department, around 650 employees), and four HR Business Partners on the following: Spot Bonus, promotions, transfers, end of contracts, retirements, unpaid leaves, maternity leaves, resignations, dismissals, work certificates establishment, updates in SAP.Point of contact for all GLOBE employees on HR matters.
Management of time records of the entire external and internal GLOBE employees, back-up of the time manager coordinator and training of the Employee Services team.
Work on different HR projects and review of processes within Nestlé Continuous Excellence Program.
