• Coaches a group of ISAM on soft /hard skills & Helps and advises on proactively building and developing business approaches & strategies
• Lead the adoption of the Digital transformation pitch. & Ensure by coaching that the team achieves planned target and forecast depending on segment priorities
• Is able to cover a cross team presence & Is able to participate or lead segment projects in liaison with qualitative segment priorities & Puts NPS as high priority and coachs teams around it & Communicates and aligns in regular meetings with sr. Management, Management and support team
• Cooperates with manager on defining and developing sales strategy, supports ISRs in the definition of customer development programs and opportunity creation. & Uses the appropriate tools for the job & Highlights / Escalate issues or new needs when necessary to management and to identify and fix process issues & Maintains & updates an individual score card (KPIs / soft & technical skills)
• Identify individuals gaps and put in place action planning to cover the gap & Coaches and mentors key talents on the sales floor & Stays informed of current industry trends and applies them to the customer’s business environment to help solve specific customer challenges in targeted industries
