OPERATIONAL

• Management of projects from conception to realization, leading Operations.

• Lead Operation set up of new Manufacturing plant (India, Brazil), with ERP’s implementation and Lean Manufacturing methodology.
• Coordination of all technical services of the company (Process, Quality, Supply Chain ...).
• Defining and leading appropriate market segmentation and positioning strategies.
• Compliance with the clients specifications and management of their implementation.

DRIVING AND CONDUCT OF PROJECTS

• Project Manager with combined experience in Project, and Operation Manufacturing Engineering.
• Anime, supervises, trains and motivates teams (55 people in Brazil and 25 in India).
• Management of budgets and P&L (3MUSD Canada, Brazil 55MUSD).
• Coordinates and manages the entire project studies, from production to delivery on site (Power System, Telecom).
• Respect for the traceability of contracts with events check up.
• Regular monitoring of the clients and teams.
PRODUCTION AND QUALITY

• Manages and monitors the implementation process of the methods and quality for production site.
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment (replacement, maintenance) and product quality.
• Anticipates risks and opportunities for improvement of the production lines.
• Ensures the management of production lines and optimizing Process.
• Oversees and ensures the optimization of manufacturing in terms of cost, time and quality.
• Ensures quality constraints (Lean 6 Sigma). .

  • GCC SA research and development center in Telecommunication specialized in Thin Film Technology. Based in Brazil since 2004.

    • Managed the construction of a High Tech manufacturing extraction site, exploitation and production.
    • Leaded technology development and the Manufacturing Operation of the plant. (Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma).
    • Developed high value relationships with our strategic accounts (Energy, Telecom).
